Field reference

Field	Description
Unique identifier	ID of the issued (redeemed) reward
Redemption date	Date and time the reward was redeemed
Reward name	Name of the redeemed reward
Reward type	Material or coupon
First name / Last name	Member's name
Email / Phone number / Loyalty card number	Member identifiers
Status	Current fulfillment status

Status values

Status	Meaning
issued	Reward has been issued to the member
pending	Awaiting processing
approved	Approved for fulfillment
packing	Being packed
awaiting_shipping	Packed, waiting to ship
shipped	Shipped to the member
returned	Returned by the member
completed	Fulfillment complete
canceled	Redemption was canceled
rejected	Redemption was rejected
