Export the members assigned to a specific segment as a CSV file.

How to export

Open the Segments list

Go to Members → Segments.

Open segment actions

Find the segment and open the ⋯ (more) menu.

Start the export

Click Export Members list, then click EXPORT in the pop-up window.

Field reference

Field	Description
memberId	Open Loyalty UUID
email	Member's email address
phone	Phone number
loyaltyCardNumber	Loyalty card identifier
firstName	First name
lastName	Last name

Segments recalculate automatically every 10 minutes, or immediately after you edit segment conditions. The exported list reflects the last calculation, not a real-time snapshot.
