# Single Member Ranking

While the main Leaderboards section provides an overview of all active leaderboards and their top rankings, you can also see an individual member's performance within leaderboards directly from their profile. This offers a personalized insight into how each member is performing against the various competitive initiatives you've set up.

## Step-by-step instructions

To view a single member's leaderboard performance:

In the left-hand navigation, click on **Members**

Click on the profile of the specific member you wish to view

**Navigate to Leaderboards Tab**

Within the member's profile, in the left-hand menu, click on **Leaderboards**.

**View Member's Leaderboard Data**

Here, you will see a list of all leaderboards that the member is part of.

For each leaderboard, you'll see:

* **Leaderboard name**: The name of the leaderboard.
* **Tracked metric**: The specific activity being measured.
* **Member position**: The member's current rank on that leaderboard.
* **Promotion date**: The date of their last significant promotion related to this leaderboard (if applicable).
* **Current score**: The member's score for the tracked metric on that leaderboard.

* The **Leaderboards** tab in a member's profile provides a quick way to understand their engagement and competitive standing across all relevant leaderboards.
