# Leaderboards

The **Leaderboards** tab shows how a member is performing within ranking lists defined in the system. It provides transparency into the member’s current standing, score, and tracked metrics compared to other participants.

### Viewing Member Leaderboards

Each leaderboard entry includes:

* **Leaderboard name** – the specific ranking the member participates in (e.g., *Ranking Top Earners*).
* **Tracked metric** – the metric used to calculate the ranking (e.g., *cumulative earned units in a wallet*).
* **Member position** – the member’s current place in the leaderboard.
* **Promotion date** – when the leaderboard ranking was last recalculated or updated.
* **Current score** – the score the member has accumulated according to the tracked metric.

### Leaderboard Table

The leaderboard table displays the ranking context:

* **Position** – order in the leaderboard.
* **Full name** and **Email** – participant’s details.
* **Loyalty card number** and **Phone number** – identifiers if applicable.
* **Score** – points or other values contributing to the leaderboard ranking.

This lets you see both the member’s current position and how they compare to others.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.openloyalty.io/main-features/members/member-list/single-member-view/leaderboards.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
