The way Members will get the Tiers depends on you. In the configuration of Tiers, you can choose that the Tiers will be calculated automatically or every anniversary.

• None A member does not downgrade in Tiers level

• Automatic

• Every anniversary of the registration date

• Annual recalculation on the chosen dates
