In this section, you will learn how to configure the Tiers in your loyalty program.

The way Members will get the Tiers depends on you. In the configuration of Tiers, you can choose that the Tiers will be calculated automatically or every anniversary.<br>

  A member does not downgrade in Tiers level

* **Every anniversary of the registration date**
