Unit Transfers

Review wallet activity, create manual unit adjustments, and manage the lifecycle of unit transfers.

Overview

Unit transfers show how loyalty units move in and out of member wallets.

They include both manual admin actions and system-generated wallet events.

Use this section to review wallet history and manage the full transfer lifecycle.

Unit transfers help you:

  • See every change to a member’s wallet balance over time

  • Audit and troubleshoot unit balance changes

  • Add, deduct, or block units manually

  • Cancel, expire, or block transfers when needed

What unit transfers include

Unit transfers are not limited to manual corrections.

They can include:

  • Manual changes created by admins

  • Spending events from reward redemption

  • System events such as peer-to-peer transfers

  • Expired or blocked units that are no longer available

Why this matters

Because unit transfers represent the full wallet history, they help you:

  • Track everything that affected a member’s balance

  • Understand why a wallet changed over time

  • Take corrective action when needed

  • Investigate unusual balance behavior or data issues
