Collections is a module in the Admin Panel where you can import grouped values from CSV files and use them in the campaign conditions.
This feature can be handy if you're looking to save time and streamline your workflow. By importing the data you need, you can easily set up your campaign conditions without manually typing each city, country, or product separately.
To set the group of values correctly, you need to remember the following steps:
Go to Collections
Click ADD NEW COLLECTION in the upper right corner
Define Basic settings and set the group on Active status -> click ADD COLLECTION:
To upload the records, click on the group to get to the below view:
Click IMPORT VALUES for the pop-up window to appear to upload the file from your computer. From this view, you can go to the linked import guide to learn how to structure the CSV file:
After uploading, you will see a new import ID under the Imports/ Exports, and your values will be updated:
To update the collection, you can click ‘Update Values’ and import new records to the group:

Custom attributes

Flat/Unit name
Gender
Last name
Loyalty Card Number
Member custom attributes
Phone Number
Postal Code
Province
Street
Tier
Transaction Channel
Transaction delivery city
