Here, as an Administrator with permissions, you will learn how to create Tiers.
You can customize the Tiers to your needs based on specific conditions. For example, you can add a Tier with Members assigned who will meet the condition value of 240 Units or a purchase value of 450. If a Member is assigned to this Tier, they will get a Reward value of 5%.
A minimum of one tier is required in the program, with a maximum of 20 tiers per tier set.
To add Tiers set:
Go to the Tiers module
This will open the page where you can configure your TIER SET
Fill in the required fields.
Fields:
Tier set name - the name of a Tier Set
Tier set conditions (up to 8 conditions) - conditions that Members have to meet to be assigned to the Tier:
Active Units - choose which wallet should be counted for reaching the tiers.
Total spending
Total earned Units
Months since joining the program
Tiers set downgrade conditions - Select the recalculation settings for downgrading members between tiers. This happens when members don't fulfill the required conditions to remain in their current tier.

Click SAVE CHANGES then click ADD TIERS
Once you click ADD TIERS, you will be redirected to the tiers creation page:
In this step, you can define the name of your tiers, add some tier benefits (constant benefits), and define the values of the conditions for each tier selected during tier set creation.
Once the setup is ready, click ADD TIERS to complete Tiers creation.
