Backward Compatibility Breaks

Removed limit interval types: hours, days, weeks, months, years. Migrated limit interval types from hours, days, weeks, months, years
to calendarHours, calendarDays, calendarWeeks, calendarMonths, calendarYears respectively. 
Essentially changing all interval types to the types starting at the beginning of the particular time unit. Removed achievement's and campaign's limit interval value of 0(zero). Required value is 1 or more. Migrated limit interval value from 0 to 1, from 1 to 2, etc.
