Tiers
In this section, you will learn all about Tiers, how to create them, and how to manage them.
Tiers are a system for classifying members based on specific conditions, such as total transaction value, the number of active units in a particular wallet, the number of months since joining the program, or a combination of these factors. Each tier has its own set of criteria that members must meet to qualify.
Tiers are recalculated in the following cases:
Upon the member's next activity, such as earning units or placing a transaction
During the next scheduled downgrade recalculation (e.g. anniversary of member's registration)
Tiers are NOT recalculated in the following cases:
When a new tier or tier set is added
When existing tiers are edited
