Module overview

The Referred Member module allows you to manage the relations between Members. This view give you information about which Member has been referred by whom. Each member of your Loyalty Program has their own Referral Token that can use to refer someone to join to program. For example: Member X recommended Member Y by using his own Referral Token.

Managing Referred Members

In this section, you get a quick overview of all the most important information about managing Referred Member data.
Below you will find described operations that you can perform.

In the table on the main view, you will find data that gives you information about relations between Members.
  • Referrer name - name of the Member who recommended the Member
  • Referrer token - it is a token via which a Member referred the other Member
  • Referee name - name of the Member who was referred
  • Created At - time then the relation was established
For a more detailed overview of all relations, you can use filters. They will help you find the correlations you are looking for.
Filters what you can use:
  • Created at
  • Referee name
  • Referrer name
  • Referrer token
You can use one filter or you can create and use several filters at the same time.
To use a filter, you need to create it.

    Select a filter from the list and click on it

    Choose the condition

    Enter the values

    Click “Add filter”

    Check the table
After completing all the steps, the Members' list has been filtered.

Sorting Referred Members list

Sorting data is used when you as an Admin would like to sort the records by some data. All columns in the table are sorted in ascending or descending order, which helps find, understand, analyze data, and create statistics.

Adding relations

To refer a Member, you can only do so through the API during Member registration. In the body registration endpoint, you need to add a referrerToken to create a relationship between the Referree and the Referrer.
For example: "referrerToken": "96HEJHGV9"
