### Transactions

Total number of purchase and return events generated by the active members and sent to Open Loyalty within a calendar month.

### Billable members

Total number of members who interacted with the loyalty program at least once within a calendar month. These interactions include any of the following: Submitting a purchase, a return transaction, or a custom event; transferring, spending, or earning units; redeeming or using a reward; or referring a member.
